Well its about that time to start following a challenge! I'v been just doing some things here and there after taking all the resting from my foot, but never just jumped full back into a routine. I have vacation in a little over a month so I need to do something!
It's seems it's a lot easier to be motivated before summer, because your getting ready for summer and your results will show during summer. Once summer hit's its just not so motivating because by now your just going to look the way you do, and if you start something now your not seeing any results until after summer! lol Or is this just how I see it? No idea! But also keeping up on your workouts equals out with all the bad eating that happens at BBq's and Birthdays!
During the weekend I got some running in, I keep up'ing my distance by very little. Than the week started off Great, I did two levels of 30 day shred and also added a bike ride. Than yesterday we went to Crossroad Village & Huckleberry railroad, which was lots of walking!

finish with a horsey ride...in a skirt...yes! lol This one went so fast and so high up I had to ride with her!
So I just saw this July 30 day challenge that RunToTheFinish is doing...
The Abs Challenge is based upon the Strong Like Susan 30 Day Challenge! She has 30 videos which provide you with daily exercise or clean eating tips on the rest days. The reason I selected this program is because these moves are NEW and DIFFERENT. You may have seen some of them, but I doubt you are doing many of these very often so they should be great for giving you a kick start!

Parenting
I'm not one to beat around the bush and lie and say parenting is easy...It's hard and really tests your patients! Kids go threw crazy stages where you want to pull your hair out! And its ok to have break downs, cus we all do!
Crabby-ness is not something I deal with well, and shes been crabby for so long now. In that stage of "I cant's", being super bossy, and just not listening! WOOOWW!
I don't know why they say terrible 2's but I swear its terrible 3 weeks before turning 3's that are HORRIBLE!
How do people have more than one kid..let alone 3 or 4 kids each in some different bad stage (teenager, toddler, and up all night new born? Yeeeaaa riighhttt!) .... oh what crazy people!
Now this week has been a whole different story!
It has been the best week! Well hey not with working out or really eating so healthy....but My daughter has been a dream this week!
And with her being so sweet and not so crabby...
I..
1. Feel like I don't want to strangle someone by the time 5pm hits...
2. We get (or I want) to do more fun things like go to the park, do lots of crafts..so on
3. get my husband to hang out with my more since im not crabby! lol
Most of all, I feel like a better mom! Sometime when your so frustrated and need to just take a vacation in the bathroom (yes going pee is like vacation! that is if you get to by yourself) you feel like such a big fail..or bad mom, its no fun..
So all happy-ness this week,

With that being said, Here is my little love...

and she thinks she gives me one too!
I practiced making a small monster cake for her monster Bday party in three weeks! I just couldn't see paying the money for someone else to make, if I can try and do it. It turned out good, and really its so hot on her bday it will prolly melt so no need to spend a million dollars!
Ill have to make a whole post with all my monster ideas for her party!
She was so cute that while we were watching a movie she said "momma I hold urs hand" uhhhhh melted my heart!
All these moments make up for all the crabby moments, I wouldn't change anything! Being a mom has it challenges, but has such better rewards!

We meet again!!!
I got back to getting my sexy sweat on everyday this week with my videos and bike riding, than today I reunited with my sweet love...the TREADMILL! Yes I love that thing, and I know it (he or she? hmm I think it needs a name!) missed me also lol!
I did 5-4-3-2-1 intervals with distance not time. So .5mi walk than .5mi run, .4 walk, .4run, .3 walk,.3 run...yada yada you get it. equals 3 miles, which I got done in 38 mins...I just want to start slow with walking and running and we will see where it takes me!
Call me crazy, but I really do ♥ running, I swear I was smiling the whole time that I just wanted to run like Forrest and never stop, but I had to be smart and start slow...booo lol
My daughter is at grandmas for the weekend, So I have been laying in the pool tanning, being super lazy and enjoying my off duty time! Now I'm off to shop ALONE (yes that's like vacation, even taking the shower alone before shopping is vacation), get my ring cleaned, and than some BFF time!!

bike, wedding, bday
ok yea you will hear it a lot but, I really love my bike n trailer! I went on a 6 mile ride Friday night, which seems to always be a killer with the gravel and hills. Although One road is dreamy because its all packed down!
Today was suppose to rain and looked like it was going to the whole day (yea..IT NEVER DID) so I decided to not get stuck in a storm and stayed in. Also cus my daughter was sick throwing up last night and this morning.. so Not a good idea. She took plenty of naps so I made my way down stairs did 6week6pack level 2, than few hours later some total gym, ab work and planks all not using my foot!
I have no pictures of me so here are some ideas! LOL
lol I'm hoping tmrw I will feel nothing in my foot and my running life will return! This little break was good though, I'v been stuck on that treadmill for months...years really! and never took a break from it for over a year and half, so I was due for some down time. It also made me get out and enjoy other workouts which now I can add and not bore myself and get a better all over workout!
I am busy every weekend until Sept! So..

aww we're cute! Yes I love this one! Maybe because my hair is super long (Thank goodness I'll never cut it short again and it took prolly two plus years to get it long again!) or the fact it looks like we have fake teeth?
I really want a pair of black glasses now! lol
Less than a month until my daughter's b-day! I keep thinking this yet not getting stuff together! Maybe I should get on that...

I am alive!
Well its depressing when you can't run!! I had all these races I wanted to just crush my PR's this summer, but you cant always get what you want :(
30 day challenge, well day 21 was my last.
I needed to do the smart thing and I'm resting completely from any exercise to make sure my foot is healing. I rather be off for a month or two than to never be able to run again. We had a fun packed few weeks tho!
Went to Henry Ford Museum, and the Titanic Exhibit

Glad I rested for a week than came, So I could see if my foot was feeling better which it is, but now I think its just in my head that it hurts and every other joint in my body. OLD AGE! lol
So now that the rest week is over I'm still trying to do something just gotta take it slow,
I got a trailer, and finally got the part to hook it up to my bike! So Now we are going to bike rides! Which doesn't hurt my foot, (YET?) ugh I don't hope we will see!
Went to some parks with my love!
And of course swam with my fish!
I can't wait for these sweaty days to come back!!!
This was me after my first day doing level 2 of 6week6pack! KILLER forsure!
But for now off to a carnival, than a bike ride!
