Hal Higdon- Amazing, he has programs for every level! From Novice to advance, or even if you wanted to walk! Also on his page there is so much information you could be on it all day long!

I am following a prgram that I made combining a few different programs so that it would work for me! Its a 17 week program for your first Half Marathon! (below) I also may do more walking durning the week or one extra mile, listen to your body on how it feels.

On all these programs changes can be made, switch days up to work for you. The only thing is you don't want to cheat yourself on long runs, because than you can cause yourself injury or not finish what your wanting to do!
